The 3sixteen RS-100xk jean is denim in its purest form - rugged, honest, and built to age beautifully. The Kibata series of denim from 3sixteen showcases old-world craftsmanship and quality. Woven in Japan by Kuroki Mills, this loomstate raw selvedge denim is produced at a deliberately low tension, giving it that slightly rough hand-feel that promises character with every wear. Each pair is given a gentle rinse to remove shrinkage and reveal the fabric’s natural texture. The RS cut is the widest in 3sixteen’s lineup, with more room through the thigh, a higher rise, and a full leg opening — relaxed, generous, and ready to break in without discomfort. 

This jean has been given a hot rinse, so further shrinkage is minimal. You can expect the waist to stretch 1-1.5" over the first 30 wears.
